Xeltis restorative technology for aortic valves at ISMICS

The potential for Xeltis’ restorative technology in aortic valves will be showcased at the International Society for Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery meeting in Vancouver on June 13-16.

Doctor Gregory Fontana, CardioVascular Institute Los Robles Hospital, Thousand Oaks, California, will illustrate the strong potential for Xeltis’ technology to develop restorative aortic valves, to help address the durability limitations of existing options in a presentation entitled ‘New Tissue Valve Technology’.

Xeltis’ aortic valve is currently in preclinical phase, whilst its restorative pulmonary heart valve is currently undergoing clinical trials in Europe, Asia and in the United States.

Doctor Fontana’s presentation will take place today, Wednesday 13 at 9am.
